1973-1982 . Language: English
A complete and authoritative collection of brands created by the some of the best designers in the world.
This 11-volume collection presents the best logos and brands, divided by country (United States, Japan, Spain, Latin America, Great Britain, Ireland, Benelux, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the Soviet countries), plus four yearly updates. Published in 1973 thanks to the efforts of Franco Maria Ricci and Corinna Ferrari, it was an unprecedented project for cataloguing many of the best design examples of brands of the time, and the designers themselves were involved in retrieving the originals. The essays introducing each volume outline the development of corporate identity design for each country portrayed, with just a few exceptions. The volumes are compact, ensuring they occupy less space compared to most manuals, and are easy to consult both thanks to their size and indexes.

The series consists of 11 volumes.
